Joseph Dayo Oshadogan

President of the SPES Academy

He is an Italo-African former defender, and was capped three times for the Italian Under-21 national team, making him the first colored player to represent Italy.

This is one of the reasons why he has become a symbol of integration and the fight against racism for his country’s entire football movement.

He played in Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Ekstraklasa,
for Foggia, AS Roma, Reggina, Cosenza, AS Monaco, Ternana, Widzew Lódz, Virtus Lanciano.

He reached a historic Champions League Final with
AS Monaco in the 2003/2004 season.
